I went into the store with the water sample. The gentleman was so nice. He did not try to sell me and quot;everythingand quot; In fact, wanted to know what I already had ( supplies) and spent a great deal of time with me to help me know how to service the tub.

They would put a whole bunch of extra chemicals in there every month. They did the cleaning which was $25 a month, but they would charge three times more for chemicals that were not necessary. They did good work, but they charged way too much.
