DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Aside from it being expensive (which I donâ t mind paying if the service is good) the customer service is the worst Iâ ve ever seen. I hired this company on a bi-weekly basis. My house has been under the care of an independent housekeeper (who moved) so just needed maintenance. I set this device up online and was expecting a call to gather details about the property, that didnâ t happen so when the housekeeper arrived no one was home and communication about the crated dogs wasnâ t shared. When they called me after the housekeeper had left I explained the dogs were crated and instructions on house entry. The first time they showed up they were an hour late, which I let slide because of the questions about the dogs. The cleaner complained about other customers houses to me even saying â why do you need your house cleaned?â . She didnâ t clean all the spaces that we asked to clean and didnâ t fullfill the package I paid for. I called them and explained some of the things in the package werenâ t completed, they argued with me and told me those things werenâ t in the package, I had the representative repeat to me what was included in the package and the things I was complaining about that werenâ t done were included in that verbiage. They then said I was right and they would tell the cleaner for the next visit to take care of those things. That was the first visit without quality cleaning. The second time they showed, again an hour late, stayed for 1.5 hrs on a 3,000 sq ft home, higher end package purchase (not enough time to do anything well). The house still had the original complaints unaddressed, the floors werenâ t mopped, it wasnâ t dusted, 2 of 3 bathrooms not cleaned, and surfaces not wiped down. I called the company and they argued they did the best they could â with lots of children running aroundâ . My 19 year old came out of her room to get ready for work and they claim she made it difficult for the house to be cleaned. After much urging, sending pictures of what wasnâ t done and back and forth, they agreed to send someone out to â fixâ the issues. They sent someone out on the weekend (again showing outside the window of arrival they gave me), they parked in front of the house, texted on the phone and then drove off. The company called me and said there was no where to park so they couldnâ t clean (this was just a lie) as the cleaner was legally parked in front of the house. They told me the house needed to be clear of people and thatâ s not in any policy I read, there were 2 people in the house at the time the cleaner showed and those people were in a room we asked them not to clean. They then threatened me with a mechanics lien because I wanted them to discount my bill as twice they failed to fullfill what I was supposed to be paying for (I didnâ t request anything extra). They told me if I left a google review they would claim I was a â predatoryâ customer, which was pretty appalling for a company to say. I asked for a supervisor of the department and was denied saying there was only one person to speak with. They did give me a small discount, but then billed me and gave me a date to pay it by and before that date ended they charged me a late fee, so the small discount was made even smaller. Neither visit did I get what was included in the package I purchased. The quality is terrible, the customer service is worse. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place for housekeeping.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
ISo, where do I start. I recently bought a house in FL as I was living out of state. The yard needed some love and I was unable to be there in person for a month. I hired this company to mow, edge, weed eat, trim the bushes, and trim the palm trees . I also asked them to send pictures once the job is done. They gave me a quote which I paid as they said they could do all of that. A couple of days went by after the job was done. They did not send pictures. I reached out to ask them to send them the finished job. They sent me just the grass being mowed. Nothing else was done. I called them again to ask why they did not do anything we agreed upon and what I paid for. They said they tried. They did not try, I can ensure you all. They said they would go back out to finish the job. Days went by, no call, no email, nothing. I followed up again. They told me the guy tried to pull the dead palm tree leaves off but could not. You can not pull them off, they need to be snipped. After a 4th call following up, I asked to talk to the manager. They kept telling me the manager was too busy to talk to me. So, not only did they do an awful job, they lied as well, because they did not want to face an upset customer. I asked for a solution and they wanted to give me a terrible refund that did not reflect what I paid for. I told them, I had more than happy to pay for them mowing the grass.

This company had the most reasonable rates for their services. Their cleaner showed up when expected and showed great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service.

I used to have an independent house keeper but I couldnâ t deal with the no call, no show any longer. Thatâ s when I decided to use My Home Wizard. They sent Crystal out, she does a great job and I love how she shows up every week at the same time.

The first time I used this company they did the job they were hired for. The second time I actually canceled before the date of service, and they still sent someone who fronted as the company. I replaced them with half the cost. The lady who did say; cleaning smelled like a box of stall cigarettes, and so does the room of my son which took an hour and 20 minutes to complete, and it was not completed... then the meat and potatoes for this cleaning which was agreed upon verbally on the phone were never done. My mom was coming to visit and was allergic to cats. I told them I need my couches vacuumed and my couches just had the cushions flipped... Then when I called to complain, no one came to check, and I was told I would be rescheduled... Instead, I keep getting billed. Oh did I mention my living room, kitchen, and dining room only took 30 minutes? This company does not have their act together and is threatening to send me to collections over services not rendered. I had stuff all over my carpets still windows untouched. The list goes on and on... Do not use this company.

Under our terms and conditions, a customer may cancel or reschedule a booking no less than 48 hours prior to a booking without penalty or charge. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the Customer if there is a cancellation between 48 hours and the end of the day prior to the appointment. If a Customer cancels a booking on the same day of service, the Cleaner is unable to access the home, or the Customer utilities are turned off at the time of service, the Custo."
