"We have not worked for Marc [Consumer Name Removed]. Our company was contracted by [Consumer Name Removed], who requested we not have any communication with him only her, due to his mental disorder. [Consumer Name Removed] is the homeowner & decision maker. Our work was coming along very nicely & on schedule. See message response by Marc: "Hey Roger, its Marc and [Consumer Name Removed] on (address was mention). We are super happy with everything that your crew and Jake has done. Unfortunately we can't get a date or any information yet about that Door from Dana. Hoping it came in, but [Consumer Name Removed] wants to go ahead and go forward with the porch On the deck and would love to get that going before summer hits. So can you give me a call back. Let me know when the doors done. We also own you money, so we need to finish this project and let's do the porch." During the last phase of [Consumer Name Removed] contract and final payment approaching with the installation of door, which by the way was in perfect condition, however Marc decided to finish himself and Our crew was no longer allowed on the property. Marc has continued to harass and take claims against us with distorted, altered falsehood. What we sell a product or service for has nothing to do with our purchasing power. There are multiple costs and expenses that accompany remodeling. The "unpaid" final balance due, should be more than compensatory!"
"Kitchen Bath Floors and More LLC has never done work for you. Kitchen bath floors and more LLC is a free entity and are not owned by A-Affordable Remodeling LLC. - Roger Tracy"
"KBFM was down to the final punch. We had to endure several set backs during this project due customers wifes state of alcoholic inebriation most of the days. We spoke with the husband about her condition on a few occasions, while trying to complete this project. Our crew would show up and she would yell and cuss at them and order leave. KBFM counseled their employees on how to work in a hostile environment. This customer also kept changing her mind on the design. For every alteration on the customers part it created a scheduling delay thus extending time allotted for project. KBFM stayed the course to accommodate changes to the original scope of work. Our crew though frustrated tried to be patient and understanding. KBFM was finally able to accomplish a punch list and final finish. The Rs expressed their approval along the way and adhered to the contract until it came to the final punch list. So as far as them having to tear out everything and start over is not true, unless the customer changed her mind again. If they thought the work was shotty, why would they continue to pay KBFM and sign an additional contract for a bathroom remodel?"
"to answer to this is crazy we have not lied to you about anything. you wanted 2 exterior doors changed out on a older mobile home and you wanted full light regular house doors and we did what we could to accommodate you but we had to go back to trailer size doors. we custom ordered full light glass insert for you and you were upset because i would not open up your home while we had rain and windy weather. we also gave you a 1200.00 discount on extra work for repairing rotten floors and door jams. we did not delay your job. we came out and finished installing your doors as soon as we could get the material in and delivered to your home. you kept telling me that you were good and then your wife was not. i spoke to you often during this process you even had my cell phone number to speak with me. this rating is not accurate or fair as we did everything we could to accommodate you. you spoke to several employees multiple times during your job. as for the start date of your contract you were out of town until after sept 22nd and told us we could start after that date. so it was you not us that had certain time restraints on this job."
"Charles i am not sure why you give us a bad review as we have not even done your job yet. your stone is ordered and you are in line to get your job done. We can not just skip the customers that signed their contracts before you."

"David berry What you claim is wrong the problem happened when you started trying to add work to job and not paying for it going from white to gray cabinets is not free their is a charge, adding backsplash their is a charge expanding the shower to double the size their is a charge. The problem started happened when I was trying to explain the items you are wanting well have a up charge we even had to call Daphne police on you. It is surprising how people only tell half truth. I do want to thank you for helping build a slander case against you."
