He's done work for me before under a home warranty contract. I spent $75 for the service call and $600 for the job. What stood put was the fact that he called right away, he came out right away where the other contractors delayed to do the work and tried to squeeze every penny out of the home warranty company, he knew exactly what to do and he did it and did a great job.
