Debbie was very nice and professional. She went right to work and stayed busy cleaning until she finished. She brings her own cleaning tools and did a good job. I plan on calling her again.

.They do a decent job . Their time of arrival isn't exact all the time but they come on the day they say they are coming. I have never been there to experience their work, but my mother, who the work is for, is there. She seemed satisfied, so I can't complain.

Used the service for about six months or so. There were to many instances where things were missed. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleaning and keep my house in good order so the cleaning necessary isn't deep cleaning. It's dusting, mopping wiping down the appliances, and vacuuming. To many things were missed and I can't continue paying for something I had to re-clean or do myself. Also they want to use your cleaning supplies instead of supplying their own. Every cleaning service I've had always supplied their own product.

"She knew from day one I don`t provide the cleaning supplies, that`s why I keep the prices lower than the competition. and she was ok with that. In references to the missed areas it came to my knowlegde just two cleanings ago and I offer her to re-clean but she refused. Her place is neat except her son`s room that at times was messy and we have to pick things that were all over the floor so for my company to last six months for somebody that described herself as EXTREMETLY PICKY. WE WERE GOOD. Also she said the cleaning companies she had before provided everything then make you wonder why she changes companies maybe EXTREMETLY PICKY."

While the service came on time--the first day--many details were missed and the owner easily argued with me--the homeowner--over areas that were not cleaned or were poorly cleaned. I had them reclean all the hardwood floors and showed many areas that simply dusting was missed. I decided not to have this service continue.

"The comment is very unfair,the house was very dirty and we worked hard, but the bottom line is that her expectations were unrealistic for a large place and the way it was, she has used other cleaning companies in the past and apparently she wasn't happy either for what she told me so it seems to me that she is very difficult to work for, I also would not recommend her to anybody as a costumer."
