+ -1 more, But he has not.The gas lines are no longer permitted for use in this county due to propensity for leakage. The repairs will likely be more than $1000.
Description of Work: This company inspected by new home purchase and said everything was fine. Within a week of moving in we detected the odor of natural gas leak. The gas company came and blocked off one of the branches leading to an outdoor patio grill. The inspector when confronted denied smelling gas and stated that they did not do routine testing for gas leaks. He told me he would consult with his boss and get back to me regarding the issue , But he has not.
