My LG washer stopped draining on the weekend, of course. We called Best Appliance Repair and he came over early afternoon, found the problem, ordered the part. The next morning he showed up with the part and installed it. Great!! We were very pleased.

Arrived earlier than scheduled. Quickly found problem, had replacement parts in his truck and installed within an hour. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up work area. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.

My washing machine was not working so I called Best Appliance. Since they were coming out to repair the washer I had them look at the refrigerator which was making a noise when the motor shut off. The phone representative with Best was very courteous. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. We set an appointment time and they kept me informed as to the time of arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired the washer in a timely manner. The refrigerator did not need repair. I was very pleased with the service and knowledge of the technician and plan to use Best for all of my appliance repairs.

I called for service one day and Will was here the next, right on time. He was very courteous and got right to the job. Quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what was wrong, discussed cost of repair, got right to the work and was finished in no time. He knew his business for sure. It was an excellent experience. Best Appliance Repair has also done work on my dryer in the past and did a great job then as well.

Dryer was making a loud noise; replaced 4 drum rollers and noise seemed to stop; within 2-3 days, the noise started again; called Best Appliances on Saturday morning, and Dave arrived in less than 2 hours; within an hour he had the problem diagnosed and repaired (the drum belt pulley also needed to be replaced), and he didn't charge for the 2nd trip; this company is awesome, and we will definitely use them again if we ever need appliance repair work!

My elderly mother's 40+ year old oven stopped heating (baking). The broiler element heated but not bottom one. Upon removing the element I discovered it was OK but the electrical wire connected to it was badly frayed and would most likely require the fixed mounted oven to be removed to access the rear. She didn't have an appliance repair service of choice so I did the search and found Best Appliance Repairs had favorable reviews. I called them and they responded quickly. I wasn't there but my mother said the repair technician found the problem and repaired it in minutes, without having to remove the oven. She was pleased with the whole experience.

Very nice repairman, able to come out on weekend for no extra charge. unfortunately washing machine was not repairable but did recommend replacement model.

Quickly diagnosed the issue and got the ice maker working again

The repairman was early. Found the problem and fixed it with no problem.

Ice-maker shut down and would no longer produce. Called provider on afternoon of 8/26. Estimator appeared early on 8/27. Spent ten minutes on diagnosis: stripped gears; must replace. Repair conducted that same afternoon. Took less than half an hour. Everyone courteous, efficient, and professional. New ice-maker took two days to break itself in, but we have ice in abundance now. It works more quietly than before. I have no way of knowing if a simpler solution or a lower price could have been found elsewhere, but am quite satisfied with the result. Happy to use this firm in the future.

Came on time - honest - highly recommend

I found Best Appliance repair in the phonebook and also looked it up on Angie's list. I called and spoke to friendly and professional gal who stated that someone could be out that same day to look at the refrigerator which needed repair. I was very impressed that they could offer to be there in a matter of hours. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The gentleman was on time, courteous, got right to work, immediately diagnosed the issue, called to order the part and said he could be back with it the next morning promptly at 9 am. I was very impressed as I was on a strict timeline myself. The charges were explained and I agreed. He was back the next morning and by the way he called each time before arriving. The part was installed immediately with no wasted time or chit chat. The refirgerator was repaired in excellent working order. In summary, I was impressed with the prompt, courteous service at a fair price.

He has fixed my refrigerator ice maker. He keeps them running well and is very pleasant. He works alone and prompt. He is a nice guy.
