Insurance Agencies
Everytime I emailed or called the agent Corey Luckie he never returned a call or email until I would call back and then get his assistant! She was very nice and helpful, unlike the others I spoke with. Tried to cancel insurance in Nov. and they kept telling me I had to prove residence was sold! I explained I own residence free and clear and insurance was my option! Still todate they are refusing to honor my request and refund balance of premium. Not a professional company, at least 2 agents aren't professional in my experience. Never had a more contrary and uncooperative company in my entire life! Stay away you'll never get your money back without a fight!
