Work was sub par. While their workman where friendlly, they scrimped on materials. re-using old parts from the previous system and not new parts to go along with the new system. We had discussed reutalizing the original ductwork but I was not happy with them reusing the old pad for the outside condenser considering that the new unit was wider than the old unit. This left the new unit partially in the dirt. Not a lot of pride in craftsmanship was exhibited. I will not be using them again.

My family have been using American Air for many years. They are honest and professional and I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

We have a contract with them, and the contract includes that service. They checked the filters and the unit. They made sure it was working for the season. The service was good. I would use them again in the future.
