Prompt response to request for quote came earlier than promised and completed all work in end day. Quality of work very good. Price slightly less than competitor.

They were very efficient and very prompt. They did what they said they were going to do. They came back and checked everything. If we had a question, they were here. We didn't get any other estimates.

Contacted WPI during a Home Show and asked for them to perform a inspection of my roof to determine if there was any damage from recent storms in the area and when I might need to have it replaced. The WPI representative followed up with a call to set a date for the inspection. They subsequently performed the inspection at the agreed to date and time. The inspection took about 30 minutes, after which they provided an assessment.

I was very pleased with all of the work that has been done. I would highly recommend him. They do construction too. The service I got from them was just amazing. The owner totally expects his workers to clean up every little scrap of debris. They took a video of my roof line and showed it to us after the job was done. He really takes an active role. He has called me since then to make sure that things are looking good, and there are no problems.
