Not much to say. He did what he promised, on time, without any problems. Very straightforward and dependable.

Ken did a wonderful job. He brought the appropriate equipment to inspect the property. He took pictures of any and all problems that exist and need repair or could be foreseen in the near future. He tested for Radon as part of the inspection package. He checked all of the plumbing system, each electrical outlet and the panel, and the HVAC system.

Ken was very professional and did a thorough home inspection with extremely thorough report. He divides problems up into categories to make the report easy to read. He is very busy and sometimes took a day or so to respond to questions, but always did so with thorough answers. He reinspected the home we are buying several times once repairs were made to make sure they were done appropriately. He was very fairly priced and definitely would use him again.

It was a very good experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough home inspection with an understandable explanation of what is going on. He explained everything that was needed and why it was needed. He also rated each item according to importance and necessity. That was helpful and greatly appreciated. He never made me feel stupid about anything I asked him and I am sure some of my questions probably were a little out there.

Arrived on time, inspected roof to crawlspace in house and the extra rental house on the property. Sent complete report by email quickly and was available for questions concerning the report. I have called two other times to ask questions about repairs. Each time he was courteous and helpful.
