Arrived in timely manner to give estimate and approximate date work could be completed. Sent reminder call before date of service. Arrived on time to complete work. Efficient. Work was of good quality. Neat. Very professional in all matters. I was well pleased with dependability and quality of work and plan to use again for future work. Very polite and easy going.

Russell showed up on time everyday. If he was going to be late, he let me know ahead of time. He is trustworthy and worked in my house while I was away at work. He spent a few weeks at my house and I am completely satisfied with his work. I will be using him again in the near future.
