 + -1 moreTechnician recommended replacing my unit due to age and cost of repair. Quoted a price of $5500.00 which seemed over priced to me. I called another local company and will have it replaced by Nichols Heating and Air for $3900.00 with a well known manufacturer

 + -1 moreThe workers did a good job installing the unit, but then there was a part that went out on it about two years ago. It took them about a year to come out and repair the part. When they installed the new part for the repair it didn't seem to be working as efficiently as the filter was covered in soot. Also, they were unable to give me a copy of the invoice, but he didn't leave me anything to see what they had charged. I had to follow up to get them to send me a sales invoice.

Description of Work: Complete York Air Conditioning/Heating System. I was only going to replace the air conditioning system, but the Hamm technicians discovered a major leak in the heat exchanger that would have leaked carbon monoxide into the home. THANKS!!!! That was replaced also. Could not ask for a better team.

 + -1 moreThe previous owner had been using them for a long time and I started using them to maintain my heat pump, so I have been using them from probably a month and a half. The last time I used them I didn't spend anything. The service was free. I would use them again in the future.
