IRONS ELECTRIC CO

I received an invoice from this company for work that was never performed. The invoice even described services that simply did not occur. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Irons Electric to understand or resolve the charge, but they have ignored all attempts at contact: text, email, certified mail, and more. It’s unacceptable to send a bill that misrepresents what happened and then refuse to communicate about it. Despite their total unwillingness to discuss the invoice, they filed a small claims case as well. Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY caution others before doing business with this company.

I had them come out to put canned lights in the kitchen, he told me it woulndt work without a major remodel. That was fine, so I told him I would go get some track lighting. I did, had him come out and install. He did a good job although he left a small hole in the ceiling that I had to have someone else fix. The first time he was there for about 5-10 mins and I was charged $85, then I was charged again for the install. I can understand charging some kind of fee for coming out, but not the whole hourly rate since it took maybe five minutes and I actually had hem come back out and do the install a couple of days later.
