Called them on a Tuesday. They came and looked at the job on Wednesday, and but 11AM on Tuesday they had the job installed. They could have done the work on Wednesday, but they needed to coordinate with an electrician. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Actual time on site and time to go find a part was 1:40 minutes. They charged us for 3 hours of work and more tan an hour of the original time was spent driving to various locations looking for the correct seal for our toilet. This is a standard wax flange seal that every plumber should have multiples of on their truck for standard plumbing calls. Anyway we paid for their time driving around plus an additional 1 1/2 hours of time past their actual time working for us. We approached them after we received the invoice and they were rude, would not apologize for anything and basically told us to and quot;it is what it I.and quot;

They did a great job. They were prompt and efficient. They told us that if we had problems we could call them back. They were reliable and fair in price. They responded right away and the work they did was good. Their rates are like $70 an hour.

They located the problem and even went the extra step to run the line all the way to the sewer connection. Did good work and gave us a good reference to a remediation company.

My Mother was dying at home with pancreatic cancer and we had a stopped up toilet and all the sinks in the house were stopped up. This was of great concern because we had Hospice there and visitors on a regular basis. We called Hearn Plumbing on a saturday and they had someone there within minutes. It turned out that the problem was much worse than a stopped up drain. The drain was not only stopped up but there was a pipe under the kitchen sink that had a hole in it and was leaking into the cabinet and down the outside wall of the house. In addition, there was major root damage to 150 ft of sewage pipe going from the house to the city sewer line. The house was 55 years old and it was time for repairs but not a good time for us considering my Mom's illness. They were very quite and respectful and didn't disturb us. They did a temp repair on it and after my Mom's death they returned and repaired the whole problem. They were very fast and prompt. No standing around, they got right to work and fixed it. We have since used them about three times on other issues and I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing and sewage problems. They also have a sister company that does electrical and HVAC work. All three are very good.

We had a leak in a PVC line leading to a faucet in our yard. We called Hearn Plumbing and they sent out two young guys. We asked them to dig in the area where we had water standing on top of the ground to find the leak, repair it, and install a frost free faucet. We did not stay with them during their work, but assumed it was done correctly. At first, everything seemed OK; however, we soon found that we still had a leak in the area since water was still standing on top of the ground. They missed a very obvious problem; there was a pipe right at the surface that was leaking and needed to be capped off. Also, later, the standing faucet was bumped and we had another leak. It was only then that we discovered that they had not reinforced the vertical pipe with concrete. They had put some concrete into the hole they dug, but did not reinforce the vertical PVC pipe at all. The PVC pipe from the elbow underground to the attached faucet pipe had no reinforcement. Obviously, with any type of bump, the PVC would break. Bottom line, we had to hire another plumber to fix the problem that we paid Hearn to fix. We were very disappointed with their performance. We will not call them again.

We have used them for the past 15 years. They are very reliable, if you don't like something that they do they will come back and make it better. They have been here a long time, and they have someone available whenever you need them.
