I contacted David the owner of DC'S Floor and Carpet cleaning Plus on Tuesday December 6th. David showed up when he said he would for a free estimate. David quoted a fair price to steam clean and scotchgard a large room in our basement and the traffic area's in three bed rooms.
We set up an appointment for the next day. DC'S showed up on time introduced his assistant and went right to work.

I then asked if we could add a large area rug and a small entrance rug and he happy to do so and treated us fairly with the price.
