I like it because the DVR shares and I can watch in any room. The system resets every night. They are a monopoly. I have no other options. I need a faster service but there is nothing available.

I am not very pleased as my bill keeps going up for little things. I did talk to them and they lowered it a little, however the broadcast isn't very good either. I would use someone else if I had the chance.
