Animal Grooming
Terrible. She razor burned his face and he was bleeding when I picked him up. She offered no apology and showed no concern. It was my first and last trip.

Ladies were very knowledgable about both breeds of dogs. Knew how each should be groomed . Recognized faults in grooms from previous groomers that had dismissed us from their service because we had registered a complaint about a bad groom. Both dogs were calm when picked up. Ladies were pleasant and professional.

Very good attitude, very knowledgable about grooming standards for Bichon. Dogs waiting to be groomed were very calm. Dogs on grooming table were very much at ease.

They are very friendly and outgoing. They really know the dogs that go there. My dog loves to go there; I can talk about it before we go and he gets very excited. I feel very comfortable taking him and I cannot say that about other places I've taken him. They offer services that, down the road, I might need; non-medical teeth cleaning and day care. The facility is also very nice and clean.
