I needed a reliable and trustworthy service to maintain my Mom's lawn, etc., due to my Dad being placed in an nursing home and with me living out of state. Mr. Burch responded quickly to my inquiry, was able to meet according to my limited availability during a short trip, listened attentively to what mine and my Mom's needs were, offered several service options for us to choose from, and then followed through on beginning the service. Mom is happy. I'm happy.
