I had an issue come up. The guys working on the house thought they saw a mouse so I called them. He just showed up and put down sticky traps that I could have bought anywhere. I said when are you going to come back and check these things and he said at the next quarterly service. That is just not the quality I am used to. When he came back out for the next service he did not call first so he had no access to the interior of the house. I have not had experience with any other exterminator here so I don't know about the price. They never contact me before they come. Sticky traps are not appropriate when you have pets or children. If anything gets into the sticky trap it will die there and you will have odors and it will die a slow death. It is just not a good way. I think they need to update their technology and think a little more rationally about what they are doing.

Technician showed up on time, was prepared, and explained what was to be done. Service was performed with care and attention to my property. After the service was done, the Tech explained what to watch form and what to expect.
