Carpet cleaning went well and my white master bedroom carpet looks amazing! My couch too looks great. At completion of services they requested payment and I brought out my VISA card.... They were unable to run it due to weather and said that their boss would call me later to get the number....I got a call about 30 minutes after the service crew had left stating that their boss required a check and that they would be back in a few minutes to pick it up. Needless to say this was not our agreed upon method of payment, not to mention that the charge went up from a little over $200 (quoted price) to over $500! Needless to say, I find this to be very poor customer relations, not to mention a potential financial hardship for some people.
UPDATE: They did try and contact me about changing my payment method after the fact (and this review)....

After looking at the white master bedroom carpet on a sunny day as well as looking at the couch....NEITHER were clean! We paid ALOT extra for "urine" removal and all the spots on the white carpet re-appeared the following day. We paid over $200 to get a microfiber couch cleaned and it too still looked dirty in daylight...

I tried to contact you by email as well by phone just a few hours after you had your work done I am sorry that we were not able to reach you. As for your concerns: Carpet repairs are not always possible and our service techs did not feel the repairs would yield a satisfactory result. As I had mentioned in my email I would be happy to take a look and see if my 22 years of experience in the field may be of further help. We are sorry for the problem with the Visa payment as you mentioned bad weather is sometime a problem with wireless equipment. I was trying to contact you yesterday to take your payment over the phone but could not get a hold of you. Please call if you would like to proceed with that form of payment. Pricing over the phone without actually seeing the work can some time be difficult. We never quote a price on pet stain and odor removal over the phone. We can give an accurate estimate as to what the cost of cleaning will be but not pet stains. We always give a full estimate before we begin work and advise that the customer is not obligated in anyway to have the services performed. I am happy to know that you were happy with the cleaning services because after all that is the main goal, however I am truly sorry that your experience was not 100%. We needed to have our carpet cleaned before our Christmas party. We have 4 kids (all under 8) and 2 dogs...so we REALLY needed to have clean carpets! We called this company and they were very professional on the phone. They gave us a very accurate quote over the phone. When they got here, they looked very professional...I instantly felt good about my choice of carpet cleaner. When they were done with my carpet, they looked and smelled wonderful. Since they were already here, I also had them clean the tiles in my kitchen and dining room...what a difference! I would definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends (which I have already).
