WILLARD TV INC

We took our flat screen HD in for an estimate. After two weeks we received a call with an estimate of $200. We gave them the okay to repair it. After a month we called to check on it and they were still waiting on the part, they said they would call us (indicating do not call them back to check on it). After 3 months my husband was nearby and stopped in to check on the TV. The owner was very short with him, not concerned at all and said "I don't know, I'll have to check on that and call you". We never heard anything from them. Two weeks later we just went up there and said we would like to pick up our TV. He walked to the back, brought it out, put it in our car and never said one word....literally not one word. I went home...got online...found the part that they indicated was bad in their initial phone call....ordered it....had it in less than a week....my husband put it in and the TV was fixed....for less than $100. The cost was NOT the issue here....the service was....absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. This was our first and last time to take anything to Willard TV. We have since learned from many people in the Fairhope area that what we experienced was normal for this establishment.
