After a bad storm we noticed that water was coming in around the chimney. Sootmaster was the only company to answer right away and send out help. They found the issue and fixed it for a fair price and a ten year guarantee not to leak again. Don’t waste your time with anyone else you won’t regret calling Sootmaster

Through a very professional questioning session, they helped me identify the type of fireplace and gas needed, referring me to a gas company first as that was needed to check how it was running. As I said we knew nothing and they helped get us started down the path of knowledge!!
