Prokleen Pressure Washing

There was some power washing done and they were supposed to seal the deck and never came back. They used the wrong chemicals on the deck which caused the deck to splinter and stripped it of its color. I had to have the deck re-stained and resealed. He was suppose to come back to fix the work and never did. We set up appointment dates and he would not show, I called and wrote letters still no response. The last I heard from him he threatened me and my neighbor after providing poor service for the both of us. I would not recommend this man to anyone.

Prokleen did come and power washed both houses and decks as contracted and both my neighbor and I paid them $700 each for a total of $1400. That's where the service ended. They did not come back. I called Mr. Russ and my neighbor called him on numerous occasions he would make an appointment and would not show up. We have spoken to Mr. Russ on the phone, texted, sent letters by regular mail and certified mail with no satification. Mr Russ has been very upcooperative and as of today neither my neighbor nor I have gotten our decks sealed as we payed for in our contract. The contract specifically states that they will return and seal the decks. In fact Mr. Russ demanded that we show him the contract that shows where he had to seal the decks stating that he didn't have the contract and he wanted us to show where he was to pay for stain and sealant (neither of us asked for stain just seaing). Both my neighbor and I are retired women and I feel that he definitely took advantage of that situation. I whole heartedly could not recomment this company and would advise anyone to not pay full price until the job is completed. Buyer beware
