Kitchen & Bath Center - Fairhope

We now call this our "Murphy's Law" shower (if it could go wrong, it did).  Communication within this company seems flawed, in that specifies that we told the salesman/coordinator apparently were not communicated to the individuals who actually did the work.  As a result, quite a number of items had to be redone, rescheduled, recalculated, and time was generally wasted.  The 3-4 days we were told it would take to complete the marble part of the job turned out to be 3-4 days over a period of WEEKS.  I have to say, the individuals who actually did the work were awesome.  They tried to please us however they could by coming by to complete small parts, working late at night, and generally making sure that the quality of the finished product was excellent, and it is beautiful and well done.  I wrote a letter of complaint to the owner of this company about our frustrations when the most of the job was completed and I have never received a response of any kind.  So, although I would recommend the finished job to anyone, the frustration level getting it done was high.  Would I use them again??  They are the only cultured marble company in this area!
