Once the brick were torn down (this is the only thing Mr. Jackson seems to be good at), nothing went right from then! The slap has cracked, the finish is rough and the slap CONTINUES to chalk. The framing was red tagged on 22 points. The roof was being torn off in sections and replced in section. With a section exposed to the weather a cloud came up and a small shower started. Mr. Jackson got in his truck, turned on the radio and WENT TO SLEEP, bUT that shower turned into a downpour. He had no tarps or plastic to cover the unroofed area. The ceiling fell in within two bedrooms. Later all three valeys had to be repaired at a cost of $4000. He was never on time and never showed up ALL five days, three days here two days there. NEVER use this man.
Description of Work: We wanted to convert our existing garage into a new bedroom, bath and breakfast area. This would include removing brick, pouring slab, framing and roofing this addition, plus reroofing the entire house. The new roof has three valleys.
