+ -1 moreJoe installed a whole house generator for our 3200 square foot home. He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. He is a neighbor, but we did not know him on a personal basis when we hired him for this job. His estimate was much lower than I had been given by other contractors, but he stated that the prices of generators in general had gone down. He continues to maintain the generator, and I receive a very reasonable bill for services once a year.
Description of Work: We had a whole-house generator installed. He gave us an estimate, ordered the generator, arranged for a gas line to be run by the city, and contacted a plumber for the gas to meter plumbing. He then connected the generator. He completed all the paperwork for the warranty prior to payment.
