The original work went fine. Original quote went up due to price of lumber, which I understand. I asked for gate in rear fence, but it was left out of the contract that I signed, Shame on me. They were ordering custom hinges to hand a fence gate that I made, However, the gate is not flush at the entrance, they will not contact me, and they appear to be uninterested in finishing the work. They will not return calls or emails with a price to just cut bait. I would recommend using a company that follows through with customer service. I started out fairly nice, but enough is enough.

Saw a sign in front of their business on 98 hold in met with John Cooper. He said that he could get to the fence the next day because he had a break. Have been waiting six weeks for another fence company to come so I hired him on the spot. They showed up at 8 o'clock and completed the job by 1 o'clock I was a little distressed with the way the price for the gate looked call John and he came and made it perfect. Highly recommended

Frustrating.
Cooper failed to install the required shadow box or finished fence. Used single pickets that were not screened for quality.
Approximately a dozen have resin splits that separate the wood completely, many large knot holes from 3-5" in diameter.
Wood not properly cured prior to installation: minimum 1-1/2" gap between pickets. (So much for the privacy aspects.)
Failed to use correct fastening hardware, pickets and anchor studs pulling away.
Fence installed on top of irrigation system:sprinkler heads bent by Cooper installers to get them away from bottom of fence: broken and leaking sprinklers.
Originally required for first year to go through Colony Builders for warranty service; was advised Cooper would be out to fix everything 'as soon as they could'. Multiple emails documenting this since February 2013 through November 2014.
Unanswered voice mail messages left directly for Cooper.
Unanswered emails sent directly to Cooper requesting assistance.

They were here back in October. They did a good job! It was excellent. They built a nice fence. It was a total of eight thousand dollars. They did a very good job. They did it right. It was very sturdy, very level and it was a great experience.
