Mark's crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They worked quickly and the finished product was perfect. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the area where they had performed the repairs. Everyone was polite and made every effort to make sure we were totally satisfied with their work. If I need fence repairs in the future, I'll call Colony first.

Ruben was very responsive in estimating, researching solutions, and submitting quote. He patiently answered our questions and showed us samples. 
 His team showed up on time, despite bad weather and worked steady, professionally to timely completion. 

only complaint, a small one, was that the fence gained some scratches and smears from rough handling, perhaps on the truck.  I wasn't watching at that point, caught it too late.  I was able to clean up smears with soap; a ew scratches remain.  Like any construction job, it's best when you watch over them.

But great value and quality effort.  

Installation was not a problem.  After a storm on March 17th, 2016, we noticed the fence was leaning.  After inspecting the fence we realized that numerous fence posts and our 6x6 posts were rotted after less than 5 years.  We made numerous attempts to contact the owner Mark Boles to inspect the fence as it was in danger of falling.  Finally he returned our calls and e-mail and stated that even though we were repeat customers and he knew we were unhappy, he would not stand by the fence.  He refused to provide any compensation including consideration if we hired Colony to replace the fence.  We like to support local businesses but with this level of customer service we will not be employing Colony Fence in the future.

They came out the same day for the estimate on the day that I called and had me scheduled one week out. They showed up on time and had the entire fence done in 5 hours. Upon completion I went by the property and there were two 9 inch gaps from the bottom of the fence to the ground. I called them and they came back and fixed it perfectly the next day!

The salesman measured and diagramed the job, quoted price.
He returned with the installer and went over the job with Him.
The installation was completed when promised, and it was done in a workman like manner.
I would recommend this Company, and would use them again in the future.

Crew arrived on time at 8am, large crew with a very nice foremen Daniel. Lumber truck arrived with the materials and the crew set to work. Fence was up by 1pm. Could not believe how fast they worked. One could tell this crew had worked together a long time as they were very organized. Had to come back the next day to install the custom gate as the parts were not ready on the first day.
Workers cleaned up after themselves and left the property cleaner then when they arrived

Its going really well. Justin is easy to work with, punctual, keeps you very informed and he works hard to stay in your budget. He also gives great advice. I'm really pleased.
