Went great. Chris found the problem and made a bandaid fix while we waited for the part. Came back promptly to complete repairs when part arrived.

Our gas oven had begun among a low-pitched and very annoying whistle.  We fear regular gas flow.  But city gas people came, tested and determined the problem was not on their end. We called a popular appliance repair service. The technician came, took the oven apart and basically threw up his hands saying simply, ya gotta get a new stove. Chris Kelly, on the other hand, seemed delighted by the challenge. Over the course of two visits - one to determine which parts had failed and ordering them, and one to install and clean - he fixed the whistle. He even has followed up to make SURE he had fixed the whistle.

replaced a leak in my sprinkler system and replaced the main controller box for the system, then ran through the cycles to make sure everything was working properly, adjusting some heads along the way

I was visiting my Mom and found that the water line running into the outside heat pump heat exchange box had ruptured at the side of the house outside wall. I logged into Angie's list on my iPhone and looked up the available plummers in the Fairhope, AL area and found Chris Kelly's entry at the top of the list and nearest to my Mom's house. We were getting ready to attend a wedding that Saturday afternoon so time was of the essence. I called Chris, he was just coming back from another location but within a couple of blocks from my Moms house and promptly came over, asssessed the problem, turned off the water supply going into the heat exchange box, and ran a new piece of PVC tubbing to bypass the heat pump, heat exchange box altogether since my Mom really didn't need it anyway. He explained that my Mom's house was typically plummed with this type of PVC that has been under a class-action lawsuite since 1992 to get replaced. The job took about an hour to complete from troubleshooting to completion and we were able to still make the wedding on time. Great job.

Chris went out there the day after we called him (prompt service). He did the work without supervision. (We trust him implicitly.) Chris fixed the things we'd called him to look after. He called us that afternoon and let us know he'd taken care of everything. I might have said this in my previous review of him, but Chris might not be the cheapest guy out there, but for sure he is the most thorough and trustworthy. If there is a better way to do something or a safer way, he's going to make sure you understand your options so you can choose wisely. We will continue to use Chris Kelly!

Mr. Kelly is a hard worker and is very smart. He knows his stuff and is not your average repairman. I recommend him to my friends now. Very conscience and reliable. Will use again.

i was impressed by his professional attitude, knowledge, skills and work ethic. i plan on using Chris Kelly for future appliance repairs and plumbing work i have to do.

Called him at 10:00 am and he arrived at 12:00(as promised). Cleaned lint out and as stated recommended to discontinue dryer sheets.

The whole visit took about 2 hours and was problem-free. He showed up on time and got right to work. This is the second job he has done for me (repaired my electric hot water heater a couple of months before), and both times I have been pleased with his work. Will continue to use his services.
