Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
Could not locate problem. Tore chunks of wood from deck skirting while removing screws. I had another company come 2 days later and problem was solved in about 45 minutes. Leaves me with a lot of questions regarding Blue Heron. I can say workmen were nice but could not find the box to fix and I feel charges of $720 was a bit excessive.

The company that you called out 2 days after our visit was the company that installed the system. If the company had installed the system correctly, finding your valves would not have been an "Easter Egg Hunt." Our irrigation techs are trained professionals and are VERY good at irrigation repairs and installations. Our crew members were very courteous and professional. It would have been nice if you had shown the same courtesy and respect to our hard-working men and women."

Blue Herron Landscape did a pine straw installation. Andrew, the owner, was quick at getting back with a quote. He had his crew out installing the pine straw within a day. Blue Herron crew was friendly, hard working, and gave attention to detail from the install to cleaning up. The install looks great ! I am very happy with Blue Herron Landscape and will be hiring them again!
