;When I first visited Bay Flooring and Tile, Taylor was exceptionally helpful both in looking for a new tile to coordinate with the existing tile in adjacent rooms and in discussing how to touch up some chips in the existing tile.  We agreed that she would call later that afternoon to set up a time for a representative to visit my home.  She called several hours later and scheduled an appointment for the following day. 
The representative, Maclin Smith, arrived promptly the following day; I was surprised to learn that he is the owner of Bay Flooring and Tile.  Mr, Smith also was exceptionally helpful particularly in discussing issues with the existing tile.
Unfortunately, I ultimately found a tile elsewhere that coordinated the best with the existing tile.  I would have enjoyed working with Bay Flooring and Tile.

Deidra and Bay Flooring went way above what you usually expect in working on our 1920s  home.  We initially wanted new flooring put down in a dining room, kitchen and hall area.  In working on the project, they discovered that the hall area had original pine flooring under the linoleum and plywood and that the kitchen and dining room had pine flooring installed at a later date, and called us to discuss the possibility of refinishing vs. replacing the floors.  All three areas were refinished beautifully at a very reasonable cost.   At their own initiative, they matched the refinished floor to the existing flooring in the home.  They were very helpful, courteous and respectful of our property.  Dealing with Bay Flooring was a wonderful experience
