He was very thorough and professional. He didn’t want any money up front at all and he does not believe in having people pre-paying for something as important as a house. You pay as you go, but not until the work is done. He didn’t charge us anything until I got the initial plans and I had to pay 60% of the design charge and I just paid the other half yesterday, which is 4000 Dollars and this is a custom house of 2650 square feet.
