They were very nice and very professional. They were very prompt and polite. They've been roofers for a while so they were very experienced. I did like them a lot. I would recommend them to family members and other people.

Came out promptly to do estimate, provide shingle samples and references from our neighborhood. Checked roof deck, replaced tar paper and shingles. Did good clean up and followed up to make sure we were happy with work.

We decided we needed a new roof because of a leak in our den. We hired White Roofing because they had been in business for a long time and had installed our current roof. When they were through we had a new leak because they did not install the flashing on the chimney correctly. They also destroyed our light sensors when they removed the old roof. They did repair their error but we still have the stains from the leaks in our bathroom and living room because of their error. We are too worn out trying to communicate with them to get them to paint them. The leak in the den remained because it was a leak from underneath the roof. White did come and fix it. This was not a pleasant experience.

My problem started when I tried to have them help me with a 2nd roof that I needed inspected for hail damage and was hoping to replace. I must have called them more than 10 times over the course of maybe a couple of months (I think they got sort of tired of seeing my number pop up on the caller ID). Each and every time I was told that they would inspect the roof and call me back, but they never did. One time, I even spoke to David White, who said he would call back "tomorrow without fail". I never heard back from anyone. I finally just gave up. I have always been curious as to why they never called me back. My check didn't bounce, and I tried to be patient and courteous. Never could figure it out. The roof they put on my house is wonderful, and they did a great job of cleaning up. I just wish I could have had the same positive experience with the 2nd house. The question asks if I would use this provider again, and I guess I would if I could just get them to return a phone call.

Several years ago White Roofing completely reroofed my house. They left off the metal flashing around the chimney which leaked and ruined the den ceiling not too long after the new roof was put on.. Their warranty did not cover the damage that they caused to the ceiling so I had to pay for that even though it was their fault. Removing everything from the den before the painters came was a nightmare and having the den ceiling repainted was costly. All they agreed to do under their socalled "warranty" was to reapply more bull(tar) around the chimney which took about 15 minutes and probably cost around $5. In 2008, while in my attic I noticed that the chimney area was again leaking and had rotted the plywood decking. I called White Roofing several times but they refused to come out. After several weeks and more calls they did finally show up and installed the proper metal flashing and replaced the rotten decking and shingles. BUT,hear this,I was forced to pay $300 more for an error they made in the first place !! Their only comment about the metal flashing being left off was "yeah we used to do them that way a few years ago."

They came on time, they brought a good size work crew, they worked quickly (the job was done by the end of the day) and effectively. They cleaned up the area around the house of all scarps. The roof looks good and has had no issues with leakage or run-off.

I found them on Angie's List (forgot to use the coupon darn it) and called. Took a little while to get an estimate then they mailed a proposal. We signed and they did the work. Was nice.

We have been dealing with David White Roofing since the end of May, trying to get them out to do a roof. We spoke with David, he came out, gave an estimate, promised about a dozen times that he would start our roof but never showed up. Since we had an active leak in one part of the house, we asked if David would put a tarp on that portion of the roof until he could get started. He promised twice to come out and do that but never came. We would call back usually within a week after he promised to be there, and got the same run-around each time. We spoke with Tommy, who usually answers the phone, several times and he would relay our messages to David. Finally, after 3 months of this, we called Tommy and explained our dilemma and that we really thought we wanted their company to do our new roof, but couldn?t understand David?s actions toward us. He seemed very sympathetic, promised to nail David down the next morning and try and get some answers and AGAIN promised to call us back the next day, and we never heard another word from him or David. Apparently, this company does not need business and obviously, their word means NOTHING! We will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

White Roofing was recommended by neighbors who had used the company and also had good ratings on Angie's list. We contacted David White for an estimate and the company gave us a detailed estimate in writing with basic cost for reroofing with 20 yr shingles plus the extra cost to upgrade to 30 yr architectural shingles as well as addiitional venting. Working with David was very pleasant and he answered all our questions as well as giving addresses of other houses White had roofed with the shingle colors we wanted to view. Working with the office to get the exact proposal in writing per our conversation with David was a little difficult...communications problems in getting a third party to put all the conversations in writing. We did get the proposal correct and scheduling the work was no problem. Mark and the crew showed up on July 28 and worked two long days to get the job done, matching the estimated completion time. Mark worked closely with my wife on any problems they encountered and the crew fixed a couple areas with water damage, one of which was significant. The crew cleaned up well after finishing the roof. The job was well executed and we are very happy with the result.

We had a couple of issues regarding a fascia board. I was not happy with one section that was installed. I tried to discuss this with the supervisor but he did not seem to understand and would not listen. I then ordered them off the site. I spoke with the office and resolved all the issues. The manager came to my home, checked out what I was wanting done and he said that as he had seen it, he could now explain exactly what I needed. It was all a "language" issue. I was very pleased with the final outcome, and their willingness to listen, even though I threw them out! I would use them again and certainly recommend this company to anyone else. The proprietor, David White, is a real gentleman and cares a great deal about the work and the client.

He was on time and his men were nice and courteous. Everything went as planned and I got exactly what I paid for and wanted. He was clean and professional.

We called 3 roofing companies. White Roofing was the first to give an estimate and was $700 cheaper than the other companies. David did some on-site repairs while giving an estimate, free of charge. He was courteous and professional as was his entire crew. We accepted the bid on a Friday. Roofing materials were delivered to our home on Monday and the job began on Tuesday. The job was completed within 1 1/2 days. My new roof looks great and fortunately, so does my yard, thanks to the crew picking up all debris.

Very prompt from my request for a estimate to completion of the job. All my questions about time to do the job and how it would be done were answered. They actually showed up to do the job a week earlier than I expected. The crew worked quickly and the foreman answered any questions I had during the job. The job was completed in one day and they cleaned up very well considering all the nails and old roofing involved. One small problem with the ridge vents being longer on one roof wing than on the opposite wing was corrected promptly as soon as I called about it. I probably could of gotten a better price from another company, but their reputation and customer satisfaction was worth the peace of mind the job would be done correctly. I would recommend this company and will used them again if needed.

Davis S White roofing is outstanding. He was quick to provide an estimate and schedule the job within 5 days. He kept me updated on when the job would begin and end. His crew was very professional and worked quickly to complete the work. I was especially impressed at how the White crew painted all the sewer stacks, existing vents and kept the job site clean. The entire job was done in less than a day and half with no nails or debris left at the site. I would highly recommend David S White roofing!

I have used this company on all of the houses that I have ever owned. My grandfather and father used this company as well. There personable company has always been a tradition in our family. I am always pleased and never have any complaints. They are the best!

When the company came out they took the time to talk with us and made sure that we understood the process and work that would be done. When they were finished we have not had any more problems with my roof. They did a great job and I was very pleased.

They did the job just as they were scheduled to and they removed the old roof in the process. They cleaned up all of the old shingles and hauled them away as part of their service. They used a good quality of shingle and they gave me a 30 year warranty on the materials.

I have a thirty year guarantee on my roof so hopefully I will not have to call them back for that long. They did a fine job on the roof and I am sure that it will last that long. They took their time and put a lot of detailed work into the roof.

Our experience was great. The company responding quickly, was polite, and showed up on time. The roof was replaced and the job site was cleaned as promised. They also replaced our neighbors complete roof to his complete satisfaction. We definitely would recommend this company.

When my old roof had started leaking I did a little bit of shopping around and Whites had very good prices as well as a good reputation. When they came out they explained exactly how long it would take and what to expect while they were there. Our roof has been great ever since.

The rain has not come in and they have done a good job. I think that the workers were friendly and made sure that any requests that we had were taken care of. There was no mess at all the company made sure to clean up all debris when they were finished.
