Three men showed up at the appointed time and worked over eight hours.  They moved the furniture, cleaned the tile, sealed the grout and fan dried the floor. Then they replaced the furniture exactly as it was. While they had heavy equipment, they also cleaned by hand where necessary and protected appliances, cabinets, etc.  They were very professional in their manner and worked constantly.  While Garrett and Derek worked inside, Brandon got busy with the driveway.  It was a big job, but when he finished it looked like the concrete had just been poured. Impressive job. Then he helped inside.  Our house is over 3000 SF, and only two rooms are carpeted, so it was a big job for 2 or 3 men.  I was sceptical when they started, as I thought I had tried everything and still couldn't get them as clean as I wanted.  Even after using a wet pickup shop vac, a carpet/floor cleaner and good old elbow grease, I still couldn't get the floors clean enough to pass the "paper towel test".  These young men did an excellent job.  I was able to go to several high traffic areas and scrub with a damp paper towel, and it always remained clean and white.  So I'm a believer.  They did what I haven't  been able to do, and believe me, I've put in a lot of effort in trying to do the job.  I highly recommend Veterans Carpet Cleaning and Lawn Service.  In fact, I'll probably have them back to clean the outside of the house. Also, they cleaned up after themselves.  I didn't have to pick up ANYTHING after they left. In our experience that is a rare thing, and these gentlemen should be commended for that too.

Veterans, represented by Brandon, arrived on schedule.  Brandon was professional and very respectful...he embodied a desire to please.  If I were to mold the perfect service person, it would be Brandon.   He set up his equipment which required a hose and electrical cord from the outside.  He placed an inflatable pillow around the portion of the front door that was cracked open sealing the opening from the outside (bugs, cool air, etc).  IMPRESSIVE!!!   My 30 year old carpeting, now looks like NEW!!!!  With no remnants of the canine catastrophe.
The second time I requested Brandon, his perfoirmance was a repeat of the first.  This time cleaning my couch and returning the 8 year old furniture to flawlessly like new condition.
The rug cleaning for complete living room (Brandon moved the furniture), 2 bedrooms and hall (walked area no furniture moved) was $157.50.   The furniture cleaning, couch and back and seating pillows (6) and the chair and seating and back pillows (2) was $123.25.
For rugs and furniture I have decided the cost is doable for the quality of the result that I will have Veterans come out every other year.  I really didn't realize how dingy my rugs, couch and chair had become.  

First, they called stating they would be late, I told them I couldn't be there at the time they gave me. Somehow, they made arrangements and still made it the time that I originally asked.
They spent a lot of time cleaning my carpet. I have a large dog in the house so it was pretty dirty. When they left my carpet looked awesome. I actually had someone come in about a week later and asked if I had new carpet!! It is the best carpet cleaning we have ever had!

I paid about $155ish for carpet cleaning and sanitizing of 3 rooms. They arrived in the morning and cleaned and sanitized the carpets, I had to work but there was an adult at the house. When I returned home at approximately 2:15 pm, the carpets were still wet. I mean wet! As in, I stepped on the carpet and left footprints on the paper mats they placed in entrance of each room.
The carpets remained wet well into the night and after 11pm.  I was very upset about that. AND in the Living Room the entire outer edge of the carpet which is a light sandy brown in color, was still noticeably dirty (darker and a slight reddish from clay) about 2 inches into the carpet from the edge connecting to the ceramic tile in the Dining Rm. 
The 2 bdrms were clean but still extremely wet; as was the living room, even w/all the windows up and the ceiling fans on all day. This volume of dampness had to settle well beyond the cushions into the subfloors which aggravated the heck out of me.
Once the carpet finally dried (by the next morning), I slowly got over the aggravation of experiencing subpar carpet cleaning or should I say carpet drying and a slight absence in attention to detail. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Everything went very well and I was amazed at how well the light colored love seat came out.

They did a good job. There was a carpet stain in my son's bedroom that I've actually had it cleaned a couple of times and it never came off. And the Veterans got it off.

Two men worked the entire time at different jobs.  It took them close to three hours.  They took time to let me know what was going on and what to expect.  One spot in the living room reappeared, but I called as they told me and they were right back out to clean it and it is gone! I am planning to use they company for other jobs in my home in the future.

I was not there, but the report from my wife was that everything went well. The owners are very professional and they really pay attention to detail.

Super! More than expected. Very satisfied as the gentlemen got out stains, cleaned the wall boards, took their time and made sure it was done right. I have had other companies in the past and  these guys were 90% better. My carpet looks brand new again. Great work ethic! It cost a little more than the others but well worth it. I am hard to please with high standards and I am completely satisfied.

Nothing else to say, but these young men are eager professionals with a work ethic that is rarely seen.

They do a great job and I would highly recommend them! They are willing to work with me and they are very reliable. I've been impressed by their work especially with how well they've cleaned up the carpets in the past.

Moved into our rental home and was not impressed with the carpet cleaning that was done. Months after things started to look bad. Spoke to Jim and he came by for a free estimate. I was impressed by his professionalism and gave him the go ahead. I had actually called one other company for an estimate but they never called me back. Jim and his crew came in and did an amazing job! What a pleasure to deal with someone that takes such great pride in his work. They always come on the day, and at the time they say they will.  Overall a very professional company who do a thorough job.  Though slightly more expensive than some other quotes I received, they by far make up for it with their quality of work.

John and two assistants arrived on time. They went right to work and within about 40 minutes had all the wax removed and the spots completely cleaned. After the spots dried, it was impossible to tell where the wax had been. In addition, they used environmentally safe products.

I would probably use them more like on a quarterly basis. They did not charge anything to come out; it was just altogether a service fee. I really liked that they were extremely professional. They went above and beyond because I had a couple of really tall weeds that needed to be pulled and it did not get trimmed because they were the sticker kind and it did not go off or whatever. They went around; they pulled them off for me, which I thought was nice, it was above and beyond. Some people would just leave those but they paid attention to details. They were very clean in their appearance and their uniform, which was really nice. They were here for about fifteen minutes.
