We were looking to buy a home in the Alabama area. WE definitely had some financial challenges. I found Team Linda Simmons through the Financial Peace University website. After emailing them to make contact, they emailed right back and set up contact with Kim Cottrell, one of their agents. She always returned our calls and emails promptly and was absolutely knowledgable. It was a pleasure working with them. We found a great home!

They're really good. They communicate very well compared to all property management companies. They're just on top of everything. They take care of everything for me so it's easy for me. They're my property management for years. They rented the house just for 1 year. They told me what I needed to fix and that they will take care of everything. Three weeks after I signed the contract with them, I had somebody already signing the contract for the house. The fee is about 7% so it's pretty standard.
