Freddy was on time and very professional. He made sure he understood what and how the job was to be done. The workers wanted to ensure the job was done correctly.

When found a leak in the workshop (barn), Fred was no longer ready freddie. he made false promises about coming out to recheck work, made dates to come out and never came.
