Maid in Alabama

I use Maid in Alabama for regular housecleaning services twice a month. As far as quality, they do a pretty good job. I have dogs, so the dog hair is a pain to deal with. However, they always get it all picked up. I like that they clean the dust off of fans and blinds. They aren't the best at overcoming built-up gunk, but if you start pretty clean, they'll keep it that way. My favorite part of their service is that they are easy to work with. Before their first visit, the owner/manager walked through with me and asked what I specifically wanted done. She was very clear and honest about what they do and don't do, and her estimate was fair. I have sometimes forgotten to leave the payment for them, but they do the work anyway, trusting I'll get the check to them somehow. They always come on their scheduled day. In the rare instances when their crew couldn't make it, they called immediately and rescheduled for a new time, usually the next day. I've used them for a year, and I intend to keep using them.

Lousy, not good cleaning at all, they do surface cleaning, brush  ups etc, not thorough, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Price was bad for the service I received.

When the workers were alone, they did a great job, but when the main lady was there they worked too quickly and did a lesser job.  I felt I paid too much money for less and less work as time went along.  Some of my possessions were dropped and I felt that their work became more and more rushed as time went on.  The one bathroom's faucets were never cleaned.  I would have kept the workers if they came alone because they did a great job.

We are a military family and are currently moving to Germany. We called several businesses in the local area and did not get a response right away or at all. The Maid in Alabama were the only ones that called us back directly and made an appointment to come and do an estimate of services to clean the house. The house is now cleaner than when we moved in!
These ladies were always on time, very professional and I would say that for the price it was worth the services. I would recommend Maid of Alabama right away. Not only do they clean residential but they also do move out as well. A+
