He went when no one  was at home and spray painted the old flashing. He was supposed to call and meet me when repair was made.The roof continued to leak. He told me we would have to replace the entire roof. I told him only flashing leaked.  He put some silicone sealer on a couple places. The roof still  leaked. He told me it wes the vinyl siding,  It would have to be removed and reinstalled to stop leak. The roof continued to leak and he refused to return or refund money. He promised before starting job work had a money back guarantee. KEEP THIS PERSON AWAY FROM YOUR HOME.I hired a local handyman for some minor repairs and asked if he knew someone to repair the roof. He wanted to try to fix it . He replaced the flashing, it looks good and two large rains later it has not leaked. Cost half the price.

He installed gutters and I was overcharged. They leak and he has never come back to fix them. He has also done some estimates for my friends and has fraudulently told them about problems that exists when in fact there were none! I would stay clear away from him for he is a great con-artist.
