I have used Dack Auto for almost all my auto mechanic needs for 40 years.

Mark and his crew have taken care of our automobiles for over eight years. Mark who is the owner of Dack's is reliable, performs quality repairs, is an honest Christian man, incredibly hard working, goes the extra mile for you, stands by his work.

The work was done with in a day and they did a very good and had the car back to me when they said it would be done.

They are unbelievable. They respect their clients. They go out of their way in a lot of ways. Their prices are fair and they do great work. The big thing is the owner, Mark, he comes out to take a look at the car and he'll tell what he thinks is wrong. He'll even fix it free. They're really good. They know what they're doing. My experience with them has always been good over the years, even with the kid's car.

I have been dealing with them for years. They are honest and often will do work and not charge me for it. In the past they repaired a hole in my tire at no charge because they knew I would be a future customer. They are prompt and often set up appointments the next day.

Took Porsche Cayenne to have annual maintenance, specifically an oil change. Store owner was positive technicians could perform oil change on this particular foreign made auto. After service, store owner apologized that the "oil change/service now" light could not be reset, they did not have the correct equipment in his shop, or anywhere in Enterprise. One week after oil change service, horrible burning smell was noted coming from hood of auto. Smell was no better after 2 weeks and also noted a huge oil spill under auto, on garage floor. Took Porsche BACK to DACK and they charged me over $100 to repair what they had broken - they had stripped the grooves on the screws, holding the oil pan in place. 3 weeks later the smell was still present and the oil was still leaking on the floor of the garage. Took Porsche back to MONTGOMERY, to Jack Ingram motors, who charged again, but did repair the damage with genuine Porsche parts. Auto is fine now. Will not go back to DACK with a foreign made auto.

I would recommend him though he is a bit pricey. He was good.

I found them on Angie's List and they have excellent service, quick turnaround time and great prices. They were professional and able to diagnose something the other two places I tried could not.

They were able to work on my vehicle about 2 days from the day I requested an appointment. I dropped it off the night prior, and it was ready by lunch the next day. No problems so far with the repairs, I would use them again if needed.

No complaints. Work performed as promised. Work quality good. Car returned on time.

Because of their popularity you may have to wait in the office a while- secondly they seldom have time for RIGHT NOW maintenance. Other than that it all mechanics serving the customers- there is no FRONT MAN that up-sells you anything or makes costly recommendations - Great experience.
