It was good! I took my car there three times and I was happy with them.

I told them what I thought was wrong with the car. They did the repair that needed to be done without any complications in a timely fashion. The other thing that was wrong with the car, they weren't sure about it but they referred me to the right person that I needed to go to. They were professional and timely. They could have tried to fix the other problem that was wrong with the car but they referred me to someone who could do a better job. Everything seems to work fine with the car.

We actually got a mechanic not a salesperson. He actually did the work we asked him to do and charged a fair price. He didn't come back with a dozen extra things that he needed to do to jack up the cost of the service. All of these things are extremely rare these days.

I dropped my car off in the morning and they were finished by mid-afternoon. Unfortunately they close at 5 and are not open on Saturday so I had to pay over the phone and have them leave my keys in my car so I could pick it up after work.  That was not a situation I would want to do again so with their limited hours and my work schedule I am not sure if I would take my car back or not.

I went to Coffee Auto Repair to get a quote for axle replacements and remove a stuck lug nut.  I was given an estimate and an appointment for the next day.  I dropped off the vehicle and asked them to also look at a problem with the steering linkage.  I received a call informing me that one of the axles that I supplied was not the correct part.  They took the part to the auto part store and exchanged it for the correct part.  I was also told what was required to fix the steering linkage, and given an update on the total repair bill.  When I was called and told that my vehicle was ready and given the total bill I was extremely satisfied.  The original estimate and the additional repair were communicated to me in a very understandable manner and were very accurate.  I would bring my vehicle back to this facility for any future repairs.

I called to see if they could get me in on short notice. They said yes. They inspected the van and were finished within about an hour and a half. They mentioned a small oil leak but otherwise gave it a clean bill of health. They told me that I could fix the leak with a bottle of Lucas Oil at the next change, but did not try to sell me anything. They advised me of an upcoming transmission service 15,000 miles out, and I intend to take it to them when that time comes.

I contacted Coffee Auto Repair to arrange a time to bring my car in after I noticed an irregular noise. They got me in right away and gave me an estimated time for the inspection. They called me before performing any work, explained my repair options and prices and answered all my questions. They also investigated an electrical problem while holding the car while waiting for the part, free of charge, and let me know what they had checked up to the point I would have incurred additional cost. The part came in and was installed, all work completed, before the time the quoted. Overall a great experience and I have already recommended them to several people!
