Anytime Fitness - Enterprise

It is clean and convenient. We do the zumba class and we like the classes that are offered there. They have a good price. They have been responsive.

I joined AnyTime Fitness Enterprise location in September 2011 along with my family member. We are both and quot;beginnersand quot; to gym membership. This membership requires a one year agreement and cannot be canceled unless you move to a location where there is no AnyTime Fitness gym closer than 15 miles, or if you have a severe medical problem documented by a physician (they will probably put your member ship on hold, not cancel) or if you die. Make sure you read the contract entirely, especially the fine print. Anytime fitness is a very well appointed gym, equipment is well maintained, and televisions are provided for most treadmills and elliptical machines. Overhead music is extremely loud, in fact, overhead music can often be heard over personal earphones. This is annoying if you they are playing rap or country and you don't necessarily enjoy that genre of music. Owners are a husband and wife team. Wife is not professional, and is and quot;scatter-brainedand quot;. She is also very loud. Take my advice and deal with the husband if you choose to join this gym. Personal trainers do not base your work out on an individualized basis. Medical history is to be filled out before any exercise program is started, and Anytime fitness has these forms included in their stack of forms to fill out for membership. I have well documented knee problems and my family member has documented back problems. These medical issues were not taken into consideration when exercise programs were started. After 2 months my knee was in worse shape than when I started, and I had to have 50 cc of fluid drawn off by an orthopedic surgeon. This was after repeatedly telling my trainer that the exercises hurt my knee. He would laugh, or comment and quot;welcome to fitnessand quot;. My family member found that her trainer was training 2 different members at the same time, double dipping. Both members were paying the high price for a personal trainer and neither were getting one on one attention. He was supposedly dividing his time between the 2. When the matter was addressed, he became confrontational. If you are someone who does not need a trainer, and are not a beginner, Anytime Fitness will be fine. However, if you are just beginning - the trainers do not give personalized instruction based on age, fitness level, and especially heath/medical condition.

I love it here. It is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. They have free tanning with membership. They are excellent.
