I feel the price is a little higher than from back home. I'm from Naples, FL which is a pretty expensive area to live in, and the prices for taking care of my dogs down there is less than what I pay here. But overall not bad at all.

After my vet made a decision that he felt my dog actually had a brain tumor,,, he then invited the other two vets in the room to confirm the diagnosis which they did, then we discussed our options of going the neurology route. We decided he was in pain and it was best to call it a day for my sweet pet. The euthanize him so sweetly and it was a beautiful process as good I guess as it could be the vet gave me a huge hug and told me I was a good mommy and a great pet lover for not letting him go on suffering. I thought that was so nice and supportive.

Animal Health Center has been here forever. We have twelve pets and we can call or we can walk in and they are fantastic. I mean fantastic is an understatement, they really are. Their receptionist is wonderful and the doctors are fantastic. We're lucky enough we live in a state that has one of the best veterinarian schools in the United States. It's Auburn University and our vets are from there. I mean they just start off right here it seems. The price for this area is very reasonable. I lived in big cities and when I got my Siamese spayed it was like $650 and I was like, "Oh my god what the heck did you do to her." The Animal Health Center is really wonderful and they work with you like you wouldn't believe. Even when we board them they have people that stay there on the weekend and play with the animals and everything because there's really not a boarding place here. Everybody boards them with the vet and our pets actually love going there.

Dr. Donaldson is my veterinarian. I have been taking my pets to him for about 25 years. He knows my dogs and he doesn't push tests on you. I wouldn't use anyone but him. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be taking my other dog to him next week for his shots.
