AAA SELF STORAGE

Description of Work: Am currently using AAA self storage facility.

Description of Work: when i checked into the facility i asked permission to wash my truck and trailer with the fresh water supply that was included in my $250 per month storage unit and was told that it would be fine by the employee. The next day my wife son and i were washing the items prior to storing them for 3 years and we were suddenly approached by an obviously angry very rude man that said "That is not what that d*** thing is for". So i kindly said sir we were told by the staff that checked us in that it would be fine. He then replied well its not and i am the owner and said sorry sir and stopped right away. Prior to leaving the facility i stopped to check in with the owner to ensure that he had talked to the employee that said it was fine so he knew that i was told it was ok. The owner approached me very forcefully outside his office and in a threatning manner he got in my face and said why dont you get your stuff and get out of here. My wife was scared and threatened we left right away and hope that this owner gets some medication to deal with his anger management issues!
