After estiment, came out and took off old roof. Installed the metal roof. It is very fllimsy, but he insisted it was sturdy. Also promised, if there was "any" leaks he would come back out and seal them up. Came one time for a small leak. Have called him several times about how the roof is leaking even worse but no response. After this last storm (12/16/2012) the INTIRE ROOF LEAKED!!!
We will not be calling him again...when summer comes, we will have someone else come out and rip off the entire thing.

Work was completed in two days. Cleanup was performed each day before John and his helper left for the day.
