Will definitely use again. 8/9 when he came out for the service we got a price on redoing out ductwork. His son showed up this morning at the appointed time & promptly went to work. I had Billy Don's install an A/C unit it my home in December 2016. The service was priced better than other local vendors, they were prompt, and took extra time to explain their work. I had two heat pumps completely replaced in three days. The experience went very well. More important than price, brand name, etc., I trusted Don, DJ, and Cory in my house. I knew when I met them that they were going to be the company I used. I just didn't get those same feelings from the other companies that provided me estimates. The workmanship was excellent, and I'm a picky person. They left my house looking the same as when they arrived, and I'm still impressed with the quality two weeks after the units were installed. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to family, and I like all of my family. :)

My unit went out Labor Day Weekend. The company I had a service contract with came out and informed me my compressor was grounded. I opted to get a new system, heat pump with fossil fuel backup. Billy Don's did not pull any punches. They came out on Labor Day reviewed the system and gave recommendations. After extensive research and five bids I elected to go with Billy Don's. They were quick, professional, efficient,, and effective from the initial call to job completion. They took great care to protect the integrity of the surroundings. I hired Billy Don‘s Air to install a central Air Condition/Furnace and Duct replacement in my home. I found Mr. Armstrong and his crew to be very professional, through and they offered advice and helpful suggestions. They also, explained why certain steps were performed from inspection/estimate to completion of project. I would hire this company again and recommend their work ethics highly and the ability to do their job well.

Absolute great service.

Excellent, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. They worked tirelessly for about 15 hrs and had my new heat pump up and running. Installation consisted of more that taking the old unit out and putting in the new unit. 'They had to enlarge the space and I was so pleased with the professional construction work they did which included providing a custom made cabinet door to hide the unit. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them again when I need to replace the unit in my other house.

My 20+ year old heat pump finally died. After searching Home Advisor and reading reviews I decided to give them a call. He came out the next day to give me a estimate. After listing and explaining everything that would have to done I decided that the price he quoted was a reasonable price. I called him the next day and to my surprise it wasn't going to be a month not even two weeks but the next week. They came out on the appointed date at 8am and got the job done by 11pm which was amazing with all they have to do. They replaced the unit, reconstructed the space it had to go in, did some duct repair, wiring and drain pipe in 15 hrs. He is having a custom made cabinet door made and will be installing it in about a week. This is a very professional crew and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants the Job Done the First Time.

The most professional crew I have ever hired in 10 years of home ownership. Every step of the process was explained along the way, and if I wasn't there, they took pictures of things that were hidden to show me later. The end product was almost more of a work of art, rather than a new air conditioning system. They were always on time and would stay late to finish items that had been promised. The owner even called me a few days later just to check in again, that everything was still working to my expectations. Simply a wonderful job and I will not consider hiring anyone else for any of my future A/C needs.

He showed up a little earlier than the scheduled time and I wasn't home, I called him when I got home and he said without hesitation "I will turn around and come back to your place" how awesome is that? When my AC went out, I feared the worst. I googled the cost of replacing an AC. I told the site that I just wanted information. A less than an hour later I received a call from Billy. I thought I would have to pay for a service call. He assured my that he would give me a free pressure free quote. He's a man of his word. I accepted his recommendation to replace my 18 year old unit. He and his crew where very professional and friendly. They explained everything the did as they were doing the job. They went over and beyond what they had to do. They sealed area in my heating area that had nothing to do with the install. They left my home better and more energy efficient than they found it! Thanks. You guys are awesome!

Do NOT hesitate calling Billy and his son Cory for any work you need done on your HVAC system. These guys really know their stuff and perform excellent work at a very reasonable price.
