Billy Don's Air

He came out within 3 days and I needed it done fast. They are small family business which I like since it is personal service. They were very reasonable and respond very quickly to any question to anything I asked before, during and after. They even called back to ask how I was satisfied and definitely went out of their way to accommodate me. The air conditioner works great and I am very happy so far how everything is working.

It went great!! I have never worked with a company who was so efficient with everything they did. Mr. Don, called to come out and diagnose my problem, he then gave me a walk through of everything that he would do showing me piece by piece what he meant so I could understand what I would be paying for… no other company that came out that day did what he did. You could tell that they take pride in what they do and that if they’re going to put their name on something they want it to be perfectly done. He gave me the list on a proposal sheet which was important to me because other companies I had come look; either didn’t have that or just didn’t explain why they were doing what they were going to do for their price, and some just didn’t offer the changes in the installation process that Billy Don’s heating and air offered but were charging so much more than Billy Don’s. When it came time for the installation he told me when they’d be out and showed up on time and got straight to work. They didn’t stop until it was done, I commend the gentleman for working together to get it done on the same day because I thought they’d have to come back the next day to finish, but that was my own assumption because it was such a big job! Mr. Don and Mr. Corey were both very professional they made side conversation and were really kind and funny. This probably really doesn’t have much to do with anything for anyone else but it was important to me because they were kind to my son who is autistic and felt the need to say hi every time he seen them? I know that can be annoying for some people. My son also kept calling Mr. Don Grandpa and he accepted it with such kindness. I absolutely love love love that God led me to Billy Dons heating and air. I pray that anyone else searching for air conditioning or heat needs I pray they run into Billy Don’s you will NOT be let down. Their pricing was great compared to others pricing as well. I thank you Mr. Don and Mr. Corey for being so kind, polite and professional and doing exactly what you said you would do. Thank you for going above and beyond to do what you all have done for me, you were a blessing to me.

He did a wonderful job, a great guy to work with, He was very honest and very professional and his crew was courteous and prompt. They arrived on time as they said they would and they were very trustworthy. I didn't have to watch them the whole time that they were working, even when I need to run some errands. Another thing that was good the ductworks that he did were wonderful, we have a whole new system and completely wrapped and sealed, no environmental air that came in, except the air from the furnace, it's completely sealed. His invitation to see the whole system in the attic for me to see the work that he was working on and explained to me what he was doing. and the reason for it. He did a lot of things that were very efficient, he did our system to work very effectively.

First, this was an after hours service call. Mr. Don Matthews and his grandson, Dillon, arrived and his son Cory joined them later to troubleshoot, repair, and eventually clean and add freon to my neglected system. It all went exceptionally well. I was blessed to witness this family business of professionals performing remarkably well, efficiently, methodically, with great customer service. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the follow up call from Mr. Matthews the next morning. Highly recommend this company.

Was in contact as to arrival time. Quick with service call work. Informed as to work being done and satisfied with cost. Would recommend for others to call and use service.

Don Armstrong and his crew did an outstanding job!
They spent 4 days at my home installing new duct work in my attic. They did an exceptional job.
The crew was very professional, very thorough, very respectful and obviously focused on doing a quality if not perfect job.
Don explained everything that they were doing in detail. There were no surprises.
After completing the job, they even swept the floors in my house.
I am extremely pleased with my choice of Billy Don's Air for my new duct work.
It's great to find that there are still small businesses that really care about doing a good job.
