It was a busy time for Ac technicians he worked us in.

They come a good distance, I live way out in the country.

They explain everything, what they're doing and what has to be done and I like that. We don't have them here often, but I've been satisfied when they've come and I don't remember them being obnoxious or anything like that. They get down to business, very pleasant and took care of whatever.

One time they came and changed out the thermostat and then another time, there was some kind of weird noise or something happened, but they came out for some sort of repair that needed doing. Something was loose on it and it was not working right, but they just had to tighten something. In the future I'm going to have them just come for routine maintenance. They fixed whatever I needed them to fix and I didn't have to call them back and say, "Hey, that didn't work." They accomplished the task. First time I called them about routine maintenance, he suggested that he come when it was time to turn it on, which wasn't soon but it made sense. When I had a problem they came within a day.

My heat was not working so I called Jamie. He was able to come out immediately. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it the same day. He was on time, friendly, and had a reasonable price. I will use him for any future HVAC problems. Thanks!

Everything went well, installation was done by 2 guys who were very professional.

Jamie was very considerate given the circumstances and went above and beyond, even outside the warranty.

Preston was the best! He is so nice and doesnt screw you over. He fixed the problem really quickly and when there was a mistake he came right back out ASAP to fix again! Our A/C went out while we were on vacation and our dogs were at home so Preston went and fixed it and made sure the dogs were ok.
I will definately use them again for everything Heating and AC!
