Handyman Service
We had used him for several different projects. He has done well before but he has all of a sudden changed. His work ethic has gone down, he no longer does good work, he's unreliable, doesn't return calls, etc. I will no longer use his services.

Cabinet Making
He did not deliver what he promised. The door of the cabinets were not square. The door handles were not level. The drawers were warped. He wouldn't admit that the work was shoddy and walked off the job. He did re-work the drawers. I had to finish 10% of the work myself.
