Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services

I contacted Squeaky Clean in order to have my house deep-cleaned before being inspected and appraised for sale. On the phone, I described in detail what I needed to have done and the size of my house, and they quoted me $150. On the day of our appointment, they were 30 minutes late. They did start to work immediately, but I noticed as the hours wore on that they were answering their cell phones an awful lot, and as I was working from home that morning, I found it very distracting and unprofessional. What would have taken me 3 hours by myself took them nearly 4 hours as a pair, and I think this is in no small part due to their excessive phone use. At the conclusion of their services, they said that since they charged $30 per person per hour, my total was $225. Given that I was already nearly 45 minutes late getting to the office, I felt like I didn't have the time or the ability to challenge this. I did a quick look-over of the rooms that had most needed to be cleaned, decided they were acceptable, and left for work. That evening, my husband noted a number of spots in our house that had been neglected, such as the window coverings in our bedroom, the sliding glass door tracks, and the cracks under the refrigerator and the range.
